Delivery method, cost and timing depend on the product and delivery postcode.

Smaller items

Smaller items are normally sent by parcel courier. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Furniture and larger statement pieces

Please contact us with the product link, delivery postcode and access details before ordering an item marked “Delivery quote required”. We will confirm the delivery charge and arrangements for that item.

If checkout shows “Delivery quote required — charged separately” or a £0 quote-required option, this is a placeholder: it does not mean free delivery. Delivery is charged separately and must be agreed before dispatch. If you have already ordered, contact us so we can confirm the quote.

Access and collection

Please tell us about stairs, narrow doorways, restricted access and parking limitations. Check that large items will fit through the access points and into their intended space.

Collection is currently from Bishop Wilton, York, by arrangement. We will confirm the exact collection details when your order is ready. Contact us before booking your own courier so that availability and collection arrangements can be checked.

Delivery timing

Lead times vary by product and supplier. Contact us to confirm current availability and the estimated delivery timeframe, especially if you need an item by a particular date. No fixed delivery date is promised unless expressly agreed.

Unless another delivery timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
