Hello and welcome to our Summer Season blog!
With this gorgeous weather we are all making the most out of the evening sun. Here are a few tips to make the most of our lovely long days, even after the sun has set...
Barbeque Nights...
Once the sun has gone in, it can get a little chilly, add a few blankets to the backs of your garden furniture so you and your guests can stay out under the stars as long as possible.
Lighting...
And don't forget to keep it cozy with lighting... Lanterns, Artificial Candles, fairy lights and Jar lights give a lovely, relaxed evening a nice glow!
We love everything summer, barbeques, cocktails, late nights, friends....so to help you celebrate with the least effort we will be adding a cocktail recipe to each of our posts throughout summer...enjoy!
Cocktail recipe...
Grapefruit & Rosemary Mule...A refreshing tasty drink, perfectly light for a barbeque
Ingredients..Makes 1
Produce

1 Grapefruit
-
1 sprig Rosemary, fresh
Condiments
-
1/2 oz Lime juice, fresh
Drinks
-
3 oz Ginger beer
-
2 oz Pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
Beer, wine & spirits
- 2 oz Vodka
Mix and enjoy!!
Picnic in style!
